Financial Report 2019-20
Fairfield Parish Council employs the Parish Clerk as its Responsible Financial Officer. The budget was set by Councillors in January for the following financial year and it is at this time that Councillors consider financing future and ongoing projects. The annual accounts were agreed at the parish council meeting held on 14th May 2020 after having been reviewed by an independent internal auditor. They have been sent to the External Auditor, Mazars LLP

The following grants were awarded during 2019/20
£400 has also be paid as a deposit for a Pantomime in the Community Hall at Christmas 2020. FPC has also agreed to initially contribute £5,000 to underwrite the cost of the New Year’s Party, organised by the newly formed Events group, subject to receiving a detailed cash flow of the event. This will be returned if ticket sales cover the total cost.
