Christmas will be starting early on Fairfield with the annual Switch on of the lights on our Christmas Tree on Sunday November 27th at 4pm. There will be live entertainment and refreshments provided by the Fairfield Bowls Club and the Fairfield WI.

Highways Matters
Central Bedfordshire Council have a 24/7 phone line to deal with emergency highways matters such as fallen trees blocking a road, traffic light failures etc. Please contact them on 0300 300 8049.
Doctors
The out of hours number is 111. They will direct you to an out-of-hours doctor if required.
There are Accident and Emergency Departments at Bedford General Hospital and Lister Hopital, Stevenage. There are also daytime (until 10PM) non-urgent walk-in centres at Bedford General Hospital and the QE2 Hospital in Welwyn Garden City.
