Audited Annual Governance & Accountability Return 2024/25

The 2024/25 Annual Governance & Accountability Return for Fairfield Parish Council was approved at the Parish Council meeting held on 11 June 2025 following review and verification by an independent internal auditor.

The external auditor, Mazars LLP, completed their external audit on 15 September 2025 and concluded on the basis of their review of Sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return, in their opinion the information in Sections 1 and 2 of the Annual Governance Return is in accordance with Proper Practices and no other matters have come to their attention giving cause for concern that relevant legislation and regulatory requirements have not been met.

There were no other matters not affecting their opinion which they drew to the attention of the authority.
